Axia Solutions received the prestigious award for the customer service training programme that was delivered for one of their client companies, Jigsaw Finance Ltd of Trentham Lakes South, Stoke on Trent.
An Adult Apprenticeship initiative was launched in 2007 which provided Jigsaw staff with a series of informal, interactive workshops. These provided training in customer awareness and care with an emphasis on understanding the FSA's (Financial Services Authority) 'Treating Customers Fairly' standard and culminated in the delivery of +20 level 3 NVQs in Customer Service.
