Axia Achieves 'matrix' Standard Accreditation
The matrix Standard is the national quality standard for any organisation that delivers information, advice and/or guidance on learning and work.
At Axia, we deliver information, advice and guidance to both employers and employees within the context of training and the provision thereof.
Accreditation is based on an on-site assessment in which an EMQC Assessor gathers evidence on each of the elements of the matrix standard to ensure that what actually happens in practice brings the matrix standard to life for our clients and employees.
The matrix Standard is based on achieving excellent end-results that anyone working or visiting the organisation will consistently hear, see and experience.
